The New Look
Landing on our new and improved Task Page can be a bit of a shock, at first. But with a few added features, you'll start to feel the power behind enhanced Automatic Task and better ability for adding "Due Dates" to tasks, all keeping it organized in a layout that promotes "... Things I have to do, Today"
3 different areas to view Tasks, whether its:
Timeline View (#1) | Along the top, giving agents the ability to stay on track with daily tasks, by utilizing Due Dates a lot more. These due dates then fall into daily tasks so agents know what they need to do each day. Stack "Automatic Tasks" into these views (they'll go in there automatically) and suddenly you have an assistant-like feature telling you what you need to do Today, Tomorrow and Next Week. |
Grouped by Categories (#2) | Such as Clients, Listings and Transaction associated tasks (#2) to easily find checklists and linked tasks for your associated items. This lets you target a more focused list of tasks, depending on your priorities that day. |
Search-Mode (#3) | Lets you easily access Enhanced Filtering Criteria, to dial in the specific types of tasks you may be searching for. The refinement here is detailed, and you can even save your preferences as a "Saved Search" which allows for dynamic (active content) to be continuously updated into that Search, based on your criteria. ie: If you're searching for all tasks related to a Checklist, Tag or Date Created, you can find them here, and save them for future access! |

Checklists
We called them "Task Templates" before... Now they are appropriately called Checklists, with a total refinement to the way they are created. You can even share your templates with your Team Members (We got asked this a lot!!!)
Checklists are great for any agent hoping to never forget something in the process-driven world we exist in daily. We strongly urge you to check out our Pre-Made checklists to get you started.
Oh, and we gave you the ability to now to copy Team Members Checklists and Automatic Tasks, in your system.
Automatic Tasks
Yes, they now exist! Truly "Automatic" once you define that criteria. Create quick and easy Automatic Tasks with a ton of preference on when you want those tasks to appear in your list (via Due Dates).
Truly "Set it and Forget it... until it reminds you." We love some of these ones, but by no means is this a final list to what you can create:
Birthday Reminders | Have Reach remind you of upcoming birthdays with a “Birthday Reminder” automatic task. Set a default reminder 1, 2 or 30 days before a Birthday. |
Home Anniversary (Purchase) | Reach tracks your Transactions. We can remind you with a “1-yr Home Anniversary” Task Automatically based on Completion Dates (or Possession) - You Choose! |
Contact follow Up (All New Contacts) | Open House traffic never slips through the traffic. Meet someone Sunday, “Contact Follow-Up” automatic task get created ,with their name in the task, and reminds you on Monday to Follow Up! |
Post-Sale Check In | Buyers and Sellers often feel forgotten after you closed the deal. Don’t let that happen. Create a “30 Day Post-Purchase Follow Up” task. Every Transaction (Purchase of Sale) will launch a Reminder Task for you to reach out to them 30 days after Completion Date.
