Journeys, Powered by Checklists
Emails now deliverable directly from a task checklist or automated task - allowing you to create what we call Journeys, a path your client takes with you! Super-charge those checklists so that your communication stays smooth, consistent and on-brand.
Quick Steps:
First, ensure that you have created the email template you wish to connect to a checklist. Refer to Email Templates for more information on this feature.
Open the Checklist or Automated task you wish to link your Email Template within, we call this "Creating a Journey". If Checklist, select the Task within the checklist you wish to add an email template to.
Once you have selected the task (if checklist), you need to select Additional fields to expose additional options, and add an email template (under Email Template).

A New Look and Feel
We've completely overhauled the look and feel of your Reach interface, from the way forms get created (New Clients, New Tasks, etc.) to reducing white-space to reflect better desktop space, we think you'll really love this new efficiency.

Send an email right from their contact page. We heard your feedback, and have implemented this new feature.

With all these email changes, we also redesigned the Email Composer, to allow for easier creation, addition of cc/bcc fields and... you can now add an Attachment 🎉
