As part of our Alpha crew, you get the first peek at features while they’re still warm out of the oven. They’re usually about 95% ready, with a few final tweaks still on the way — and that’s where you come in. The way you use Reach in the real world helps shape how these tools land. We love hearing your thoughts at any stage, and your feedback makes a huge difference.
FEATURE #1
Emails now deliverable directly from a task checklist or automated task - allowing you to create what we call Journeys, a path your client takes with you! Super-charge those checklists so that your communication stays smooth, consistent and on-brand.
SETUP | To link an email template to a task within a checklist or automated task, simply edit the checklist/automated task, and add a new task (or edit a previous task within the checklist), and select Additional fields, find Email template and select the template you want to be connected.
REMINDER | To create an Email template, you do this in Settings >> Email Signature and Templates

We’ve refreshed the look and feel of forms, selection areas, and the way you move through Reach. The goal? A cleaner design that makes every interaction a little easier.
Change can take a minute to get used to, but we’re loving the new layout — and we think you will too.
