Our team has 'renovated' many of the pages on desktop and mobile, to give you a more powerful feel and make sure that you can see more data, when necessary. As agents ourselves, we constantly are evaluating how a page interacts with our daily chores and how we can streamline that for you.
Desktop - Listings Page
Now includes 2 layout options (Table & Cards)
Table View
This updated layout now allows for images to be displayed. note that you must not be in "compact" view to have images displayed ( see SETTINGS >> APP SETTINGS >> "Table Style" )
Card
This layout gives more visuals to you and your team, and allows for larger images to be displayed & you can book events directly from hovering over the image:
Mobile - Listings Page
Now includes a visual improvement, with images and status pill (Active, Conditional or Firm). Showcases Days on Market (DOM). Inside each listing you have a much more visually focused page, that feels more like the desktop experience.
Mobile - Transactions Page
Users can expect to see more info (all dates on the transaction that are coming due) plus a nice timeline visual of the dates. Plus, a status-pill showcases the Conditional or Firm status of the transaction.
Reach will sort your transactions Top-to-Bottom based on next upcoming critical date:
Mobile - Active Clients
More info displayed, ability to Call, Text, Email, (+) Book Event directly from the main page.. and we showcase your last interaction (Logged Touchpoint). Of course, you can toggle and open more details OR click the contact to fully expand the contact card.
Mobile - Custom Page Selector
Lets get your action buttons sorted out, for quick page finding!
On your phone, hit the bottom left button (Page) and click "see all pages." From this page, you can pin/select up to 8-pages you want displayed in your quick launch window (you can always "open all pages" if you need other pages in Reach).
This customization allows the mobile user to re-order the page preference from 1-8 that helps you get to what you need, quickly.

Mobile Push Notifications:
Reach operates on your mobile device as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and uses your devices internet to access Reach, from your "saved to homescreen" button. Recently, PWA's have been gaining traction in the industry for their ease of deployment (and for us, we know you're on the latest version - always!). However, notifications have been challenging - Until Today.
Reach now offer Device Notifications (Push Notifications) on your device.
On your Device, make sure you check your device notifications and ensure they are enabled for Reach CRM:
