What is this feature all about?
Agents in the same brokerage can post open houses that need coverage and request (or get invited) to host for each other, no more scouring the office Whatsapp group or sending tons of text messages.
Listing agents
Post an open house from an active listing (photo + InfoPack recommended)
Review requests or invite from a list of Host Agents who have posted availability
Private messaging to get access information and any other special details
After the event: review host feedback and Publish to the clients seller portal (you see guest count + summary - Host Agent keeps the leads)
Hosts
Browse the board or post your availability
Get a branded InfoPack copy from the Listing Agent on confirmation
Run the open house, keep sign-in leads, submit feedback to the listing agent
NOTE: When the Host requests to host your open house, they will have an area to fill out the Request. Here they can preview the InfoPack and leave a comment for you (maybe telling you why they are best to represent you at your open house).
