Call Sheet / Leads Merge πŸ“ž

We believe that keeping in touch with your Leads is a vital part of your business. In Reach, the primary way he help you do this is through the Call Sheet. We have decided to streamline the process and integrate the Call Sheet functionality within the Leads page.

Now when you are viewing your Leads, they are automatically sorted based on who you need to reach out to next. From the 3-dot "More" action menu, easily dismiss, snooze, or get in touch with your Leads.

Auto-Delegation

Working with a team? Automated Tasks (and their Subtasks) can now be configured with a delegate.

Whenever you add an Automated Task to a Listing or Transaction, your delegate will be automatically assigned and notified of their new tasks (previously it was manual).

Task Improvements

Create Tasks from Clients, Listings, and Transactions

There are more places in Reach from which you can create Tasks. In addition to the Tasks page, you can create Tasks from a Client, Listing, or Transaction page.

When viewing the "Tasks" tab of an item's Activity, clicking on the new Add Task button launches the "Add Task" form auto-linked to the item.

Task View

We have a new Task View which shows a Task's full details. From this view you can review additional information related to the Task as well as complete the Task or its individual Subtasks.

Summary

  • Call Sheet functionality has been merged into the Leads page

  • Automated Tasks (and Subtasks) can auto-delegate to a team member

  • Create Linked Tasks from Clients, Listings, and Transactions

  • New View to view full Task details
