Notes was previously restricted to 5 lines, now you can enter as much as needed, and this box will expand and make sure your notes are always readable in a flash! You can even BOLD and additional formatting from the "expanded" view.

Searching for that one client should be seamless, so the Reach Search now supports full-phrase search. Type a search phrase in quotes to search for the exact phrase you have typed.

Now you can find that one piece of info quicker and more efficiently. Reach will search the entire system.
