@ Reach CRM our team is always busy tweaking our system to make sure we are helping agents like you, grow your business... Simply!

New Task Filtering and Sorting Options

Click "Sort" in the Top-Right corner, and a drop down menu will allow you to sort tasks by:

  • Date Created (Earliest Tasks or Latest Tasks)

  • By Due Dates, if any

  • Manual (Drag and Drop each task to re-order).

Or use the "Filter" to easily filter Tasks that have a Due Date before or after a certain date

Hey Teams! Now View Your 'Mates' Calendars

Previously, Each teammate could only view their own "My Important Dates" such as client Birthday's, Home Anniversaries, or any custom important date entered.

Now, Each teammate can allow other teammates and assistants to view all their Important Dates on the calendar view. We have found this helps teams have a complete view of upcoming Important Dates for the entire team, and plan accordingly.

Secondly, we have separated out Events and Delegated Events for each team member.

The Events calendar shows the following:

  • Events that have been Delegated to the user

  • Events where the user is listed as an Attendee

  • Events owned by the user that have not been delegated to another user

The Delegated Events calendar shows the following

  • Events owned by the user that have been delegated to another user

Setup Relative Due Dates on Automated Tasks

Under Settings >> Automated Tasks:

Now you can set the whole automated task, or sub-tasks within, to have due dates associated to them, and can specific when you want those due dates to 'trigger'

In the case above, Our Accepted Offer automated task, now gets a due date associated to it (and appears in our calendar) 7 days BEFORE the COMPLETION
