Here at Reach we are super excited to announce a major upgrade to Tasks!

Task Views

Users can now create and save multiple views of their Tasks.

Want a view of all of your "personal" tasks? βœ…

Want a second view of your Tasks related to all of your Client's birthdays? βœ…

Want to see a third view of all of your Tasks and Subtasks due in the next 3 days? βœ…

On the Tasks page, easily switch between your different Task Views by clicking on the corresponding button.

You can easily create your own Task View or modify one of our pre-populated templates for common scenarios.

Task Templates

"Automated Tasks" has now been renamed "Task Templates" and has been moved out of Settings. This is to better communicate its intention of being a template for the creation of future Tasks. Task Templates are a great place to itemize your checklists for things like "New Listings" and setup. It was also done so that we can highlight our new REAL "Automation" feature for Task Templates.

Real "Automatic" Tasks

Instead of having to manually add Task Templates to your Contacts, Listings, and Transactions, Reach can automatically trigger Tasks for all of your applicable items! This means that creating a reminder task "Buy Gift Card for Client Birthday" Tasks for all of your Contacts birthdays can be setup to automatically appear in your task list.

Or... If you're like us, We always forget to remind our buyer-clients about their deposit cheque. Now, you can setup an Automatic reminder task "Reminder for Deposit Chq" that can be auto-triggered "2-days before Subject Removal [Date]"

Never miss a beat!

Repeating Tasks

Set a task to repeat each day, each week or each month... whenever you need a reminder. Does your team have a monthly meeting and you need a reminder to "Book Boardroom" a few days before? We've got you covered.
