We've tinkered with "Notes" to give you a more centralized location to find and search for notes, while still allowing you to create them from Contacts, Listings, and Transactions.
Furthermore, you can now add multiple, separate notes per Contact / Listing / Transaction!
Notes to us, are like digital sticky note pads. You put them everywhere and hope to be able to find them when it counts! Now you can find them a lot easier:
Selecting "Notes" on the left menu, will display ALL your Notes stored in Reach. Notes can be filtered by Contacts, Listings, Transactions or General and sorted based on creation or modification time.
Got a special note you want to appear at the top? You can pin any note to the "Pinned" top header section. This keeps important notes easily accessible.
Where Can You Add A Note?
(1) Start adding a note in the "Add Note" section on the right of the screen:
(2) Add Notes from the Activity Card (Listing, Lead/Contact, or Transaction)
*** When you add a Note from a Listing, Lead/Contact, or Transaction, it will automatically be linked or associated to that item. This allows quick filter and reference on the Notes page.
