We also provide a German version of this article.
We recently updated our payment process, automating credit notes and eliminating the need for single invoice uploads.
The payment process is now the following:
Fill in your account information
Click on your name in the upper right corner of your Reachbird dashboard and go to Settings. In the settings view, click on Accounting.
Fill in your accounting information to enable accurate credit note generation.
2. Campaign payment process
To see your earnings and credit notes, check click on Earnings.
3. Earnings section
Your earnings section is divided into three parts.
"Amount open campaigns" section calculates the amount of active campaigns that are not yet completed. The total amount of this section gives you an overview of the money you can expect when all agreed actions (posts, videos etc.) are completed.
"Outstanding open campaigns" section shows your outstanding payments. When the brand approves your published content, the agreed amount for that action will be stated here.
Credit note is created from your outstanding payments in the "Credit note" section. Credit notes are generated on the 15th day of the following month. Even if your actions are completed before the 14th day of the current month, your credit note will be generated on the 15th day of the following month.
For example, if you complete your actions on either September 1st or September 30th, your credit note will be generated on October 15th.
By the end of the month during which the credit note was created, your money will be transferred to your bank account.
In the example above you will receive your payment until October 31st, as the credit note as created on October 15th. Consequently, the longest you would have to wait for your payment would be from completion of your actions on September 1st until the payment on October 31st.
The credit note is available in English and German and can easily be downloaded.
Important: Paypal is no longer accepted as a payment option - please enter your bank details to enable a simple and fast payment process.
