Basically, the tool is set to English. However, it is possible to change the language to German.
When you log in to the tool, there is a flag symbol in the upper right corner. As soon as you move the cursor over it, the German flag appears below the English flag. By clicking on the flag you can quickly and easily switch the tool to German.
