The Microsoft Dynamics integration is quick and easy, so your sales team can be set up within minutes.

  1. Grab the URL for your Dynamics instance and supply this to your Reachdesk CSM.
  2. Download the Reachdesk plugin if you haven't already.
  3. Head into Reachdesk > Settings > Integrations > Link Microsoft Dynamics account. This will redirect to a Microsoft login page to enter your credentials and allow Reachdesk to access your Dynamics data.
