Create a Non-gallery Application (e.g. Reachdesk SSO) with the following SAML settings:

Basic SAML Configuration

Identifier (Entity ID)

https://app.reachdesk.com/users/saml/metadata

Reply URL

https://app.reachdesk.com/users/saml/auth


User Attributes & Claims

Add a new claim

The email provided by this new source attribute must match the email on Reachdesk.

Then upload the generated metadata XML into Reachdesk and enable SSO in Reachdesk. Then you should be good to go!
