Create a Non-gallery Application (e.g. Reachdesk SSO) with the following SAML settings:
Basic SAML Configuration
Identifier (Entity ID)
User Attributes & Claims
Add a new claim
if your user's username/sign in credentials are the same as the email they will be using on Reachdesk, you should use
if your user's sign in with a username that is different than the email address they will be using in Reachdesk, you probably need to use
user.mail, however, depending on your custom Azure AD configuration this might be different. More information about the values available can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/reference-claims-mapping-policy-type#table-3-valid-id-values-per-source
The email provided by this new source attribute must match the email on Reachdesk.
Then upload the generated metadata XML into Reachdesk and enable SSO in Reachdesk. Then you should be good to go!
