Create a Non-gallery Application (e.g. Reachdesk SSO) with the following SAML settings:

Basic SAML Configuration

Identifier (Entity ID)

Reply URL

User Attributes & Claims

Add a new claim

- Name: email

- Source attribute: user.userprincipalname

(the email must match the email on Reachdesk)

Then upload the generated metadata XML into Reachdesk and enable SSO in Reachdesk. Then you should be good to go!
