When integrating Reachdesk with your chosen CRM and/or Marketing Platform, Reachdesk should be viewed as the 'Data Processor'; we will process the data for it's intended purpose, i.e. a physical or e-gift card send and store only until that action has been carried out.

The contact information that Reachdesk reads from your platforms is:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Postal Address

We access this information on a read only basis, we do not overwrite or sync any changes in these fields (via address verification) back into your CRM/MA platform. To read more on the data flow for your particular integration, see below.

Salesforce

Reachdesk reads the following contact information: Name, Email Address and Postal Address as above. We do not overwrite any of your lead or contact information in Salesforce.

Reachdesk pushes the activity and interactions with a campaign back to a contact or lead's activity record as a task:

Reachdesk reads the following contact information: Name, Email Address and Postal Address as above. We do not overwrite any of your contact information in HubSpot.
