What a lead is
A lead is a pipeline card, not a row on Contacts. The same person can be a contact and a lead. Contacts stay on Contacts. Pipeline work stays on Leads.
What you pay for
Business is €49 per sender per month, or €39 per sender per month on annual billing, with a 7-day trial. Each licensed sender seat includes 150 company enrich tokens that month. Monthly tokens do not roll over. Select Buy 1000 tokens on Settings → Billing when you need a pack. The pack is €50 and does not expire. Teammates are free.
