You import people on Contacts → Add contacts from the people database, a CSV, or by hand. Company search lives on Companies → Add companies. Session LinkedIn cards are retired.

Open Contacts.
Select Add contacts.
Choose People database, CSV import, or Add manually.
CRM shows Coming soon. Skip it. Add manually creates one contact by hand when you do not have a file or a search.
People database or CSV
People database searches by company and optional titles. CSV import uploads your file. Neither needs a sender to start.
A LinkedIn URL on a manual contact or a CSV column is identity for that person. It is not a session scrape.
After the import
Imported people land on Contacts. Put them on a person list so a campaign can enroll them. Company Enrich is a later click on Companies. It is not part of this import.
