On an open Unibox thread you can assign an owner, Snooze 3d, mark Done, Reopen, Recheck intent, Resume sequence, or Add to pipeline. Filter Open, Snoozed, or Done by sender and intent so the list stays workable.
Filter the inbox
Open Unibox.
Pick Open, Snoozed, or Done.
Filter by sender and intent when you need a smaller list.
If the view is empty, it says "No threads in this view. Replies appear here after the next channel sync." Check the header for Updated, Sync delayed, or Not synced yet. A sender that is not Active will not fill Open.
Triage one thread
Open the thread.
Assign an owner when someone on the team should take it.
Select Snooze 3d to park it. It moves to Snoozed.
Select Done to close it. Select Reopen from Done or Snoozed when you need it back on Open.
Select Recheck intent when Interested, Not now, Objection, Out of office, or Neutral looks wrong.
Select Resume sequence when the campaign should continue after the reply.
Select Add to pipeline to create a lead card on New. The person stays a contact.
Write the reply in the composer, then Send. Account Protection can still block the send. That banner is covered in the Unibox reply article.
