Account Protection is always on. It stops a send before LinkedIn is touched, and the Unibox banner names the reason so you can fix that gate.
What it protects
Account Protection sits in front of campaign sends and Unibox replies. If a gate fails, LinkedIn never sees the action.
You click Send in Unibox, or a campaign step is due.
Account Protection checks the workspace, the sender license, safety, schedule, and suppressions.
If something is wrong, Unibox shows "Blocked by Account Protection: {reason}. The send was not attempted."
Open Blocked by Account Protection and use the reason table to find the page.
Fix that control, then retry once.
There is no switch to turn Account Protection off. The kill switch is a different control. The kill switch is one reason Account Protection can return ("Workspace kill switch is ON").
What it does not do
It does not send a quieter copy of the message. It does not queue a hidden retry that bypasses the reason. Outside send window waits for campaign Schedule (default 9 to 18 in the sender timezone). A No seat badge means the sender has no licensed seat, which is also a gate. Fix the named reason, then retry once.
