Owner or admin changes the workspace name and timezone on Settings → General. Send hours you can edit live on the campaign Settings → Schedule tab, not on the sender and not on this page.
Save name and timezone
The Workspace section on General is the workspace identity, not your user profile.
Sign in as Owner or admin. Members see the name and timezone as read-only.
Open Settings → General.
Edit Name. This is the workspace name teammates see, not the name on Settings → Profile.
Pick Timezone.
Save. The page flashes "Workspace settings saved."
The slug under the form is the workspace key. It is shown, not an edit field on this form.
Where send hours live
General timezone is the workspace clock. It is not the send window. Customer-editable send hours, active days, start date, and end date live on the campaign Settings → Schedule tab.
Sender default hours stay 9 to 18 in the sender timezone. Do not look for a send-hours editor on Settings → General or on the sender panel.
