The campaign list shows Progress and Performance chips on each row. If stats fail to load, the product says "Campaign stats could not be loaded."
Read the campaign chips
Open Campaigns.
Read the Progress chips on each row: Waiting, In sequence, Finished, and Blocked or failed.
Read the Performance chips: Acceptance, Reply, and Interested.
Open a campaign when you need the sequence, Review, or enroll, not just the chips.
Progress chips count leads in that campaign. Performance chips are rates for that campaign. Hover a chip to see its label. These chips are not the Home boards. Home Progress and Performance use Volume, Accepted, Invites, Messages, Replies, Reply yield, Acceptance, and Interested waiting.
If stats fail
When campaign stats cannot load, the product says "Campaign stats could not be loaded." On Home that line includes a link to Open Campaigns so you can still open each sequence.
A missing chip value is not the same as a paused campaign. Pause or archive lives on the campaign itself. InMail still cannot launch. A Draft campaign has no live sending to plot.
