Open Settings → Billing → Invoices, or Manage billing in Stripe, to download a receipt for sender seats or a token pack.
Open Invoices
Open Settings → Billing.
Select the Invoices tab.
Find the row by date, amount, and status.
Select Open on that invoice when a hosted invoice link exists.
If you have not checked out yet, Invoices says "Checkout on Plan first." After a seat checkout or a Buy 1000 tokens purchase, the receipt lands here. The pack is €50 for 1000 tokens and does not expire. Seat invoices are monthly at €49 per sender, or annual at €39 per sender per month.
Manage billing
Owner or admin can also select Manage billing on Invoices or Billing details. Stripe then lists the same customer invoices, tax, and the card.
Members can read Invoices when a customer exists. Only Owner or admin opens Manage billing. Complimentary seats have nothing to pay until you subscribe, so they may have no invoices yet.
