Owner and admin can bill, connect senders, and flip the kill switch. Members run outreach, viewers read, and teammates are free and do not use a sender seat.
What each role can do
A teammate is a person on the workspace. A sender seat licenses a LinkedIn account. No seat is a badge on an extra sender, not a role.
Sign in and open Settings → Members to see your role.
Owner or admin manages Billing, adds and connects senders, and turns the kill switch on or off on Settings → General.
Owner or admin submits a LinkedIn verification code and selects Mark complete when an extra check appears. Members and viewers cannot finish that check.
Members build lists, run campaigns with launchable steps, and reply in Unibox. InMail cannot launch. Use Message instead.
Viewers can read the workspace. They do not bill, connect, or send.
Owner is not an invite role. Owner or admin invites Admin, Member, or Viewer. Change a joined person's role on the Members table.
Seats versus teammates
You pay for sender seats. People on the team stay free. Billing states that teammates who only view or admin do not use a seat. Extra senders can sit in the workspace with a No seat badge and do not send until you license them.
