You pause an Active campaign from the campaign list. Archive keeps it for history, drafts have not launched, and this is not sender pause.
Pause or resume from the list
On Campaigns, Active and Paused rows show a switch next to the status badge.
Open Campaigns.
On an Active row, use the switch titled Pause campaign, or open the row menu and select Pause.
Status becomes Paused. The campaign stops enrolling and sending new steps.
To run it again, use the switch titled Resume campaign, or select Start in the row menu.
Drafts stay Draft until you launch from Review. Pausing is for campaigns that already launched.
Archive is history, not sender pause
Archive is on the campaign row menu. Archived campaigns stay so you can read what you ran. They do not send.
Sender pause is different. Paused on a sender means the safety breaker stopped that LinkedIn account. There is no manual Pause on the sender menu. Do not treat campaign Pause as a sender safety control.
