Your Guide to Taking the First Step!" 🌟

  1. Download the Readyhubb app or head over to www.readyhubb.com/onboarding/professional and enter your email

  2. Complete the form by entering your name, password, phone number, and country, then hit the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' button. Alternatively, you can speed up the process by signing up with Facebook, Apple, or Google.

  3. Verify your phone number OTP

  4. Begin your profile setup by inputting details that will be showcased on your profile. Hit 'SAVE AND CONTINUE'.

  5. Our onboarding includes the date of birth, choose type of Business, set up your business, Your services, availability, contact details preference, terms of payment, additional info, and create FAQ.”

Extra tips!

We're making it easier to get started. All you have to do is follow the prompts to add relevant information to your account and have clients booking with you soon.

Business name: Choose to use your personal name or add your business name

Type of services: Decide between offering in-person, mobile, or virtual services.

Location: Use your current address or specify a business address that clients will see during the booking process.

Name of Service: Clearly add the services you offer (e.g., "Haircut & Styling", "Virtual Skincare Consultation").

Business Type: Specify which category your service falls into, this will help more clients find your work. The options on this list are based on the main categories you selected in the earlier steps(e.g., "Nails, Hair stylist".

Price of Service: Set a rate for your service.

Duration of Service: Specify the average time taken (e.g., "30 minutes"). Enable an option for extra time if a client might require a longer session.

Description of Service: Provide a detailed overview of what the service entails, benefits, and any other relevant details.

Add an Image: Select a high-quality photo related to the service. Helps make your profile stand out and gives clients a visual idea of your offering.

1. Online Booking Availability:

Availability Window: Defines the timeframe clients can see and book your services. Example: If set to 7 days, clients can view and book slots within the upcoming week.

Appointment Notice: The minimum notice you require before any scheduled appointment. Helps you prepare and manage your schedule effectively.

Max Bookings Per Day: Define the maximum number of bookings you can handle in a day. Ensures you don't overextend and can provide quality service to each client.

Time Zone: Set your specific time zone. Critical for synchronizing your bookings, especially if clients are from different regions. Caution: This setting is irreversible. If an error is made, you'd need to contact support for corrections.

2. Business Hours: Setting Hours: Choose the days you're available to work. Set the start and end times for each day.

Copy Feature: If your hours remain consistent across days, set them for one day. Use the copy icon to replicate these hours to other days for efficiency.

Decide how you want your clients to contact you.

In-App Chat: Selected by default. Allows clients to message you directly within the app for inquiries, clarifications, or other communication.

Phone Number: If you have a specific business phone number and are comfortable sharing, this option can be selected. Gives clients an alternative way to reach you directly, especially for urgent matters. Any phone number you provide will be visible to the public, allowing clients easy access to call you.

Email: Provide a business or dedicated email address if you would like clients to contact you using this method. Sharing your email will make it publicly visible on your profile.

Decide what payment options you want to make available to clients when booking an appointment

Pay in Cash: Exclusively for clients who prefer cash transactions.

Pay in App: Select this to provide clients with flexible online payment options at the time of booking. By selecting In App payments you will be able to collect deposits and hold cards on file.

Add Tax: Section designated for tax inclusion in service pricing. The tax is calculated on the total service cost. Example: For a $10 service with a 10% tax, the client will pay a total of $11 ($10 + $1 tax).

Apply Deposit: Selecting this option safeguards businesses against last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Deposit charges apply to both cash and in-app payment methods. Even if clients opt for cash payments, a deposit via debit/credit card is mandatory to confirm their booking.

Additional Payment & Booking Policies: This section is where you can define other relevant terms and conditions related to bookings. Clients must read and accept these terms before they can finalize an appointment.

Bio: A space for a welcome message. Share details about yourself, your business, and what sets you apart from others. This can help potential clients get a feel for who you are and what kind of experience you provide.

Additional Policies: If you have further policies or guidelines not covered in the previous sections, outline them here. This ensures clients are fully informed before booking.

Upload Photos: Photos enhance the appeal of your profile and give clients a visual insight into your services. It's mandatory to upload at least 2 photos to be listed on Readyhubb.

Additional Link: If you have an external website or other important link (e.g., a portfolio, a blog, etc.), you can provide its URL here. This gives clients an additional resource to learn more about you and your offerings.

General FAQ: This section is dedicated to addressing common questions that clients might have about your services, policies, or any other relevant information.

Q: How long in advance can I cancel my appointment?

A: You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any charges. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee.

Import your client list

Import your existing client list into your Readyhubb account, and we'll send automatic SMS invites to your clients, encouraging them to book with you on your new booking page. It's the perfect way to get your clients excited about booking and announce your switch to Readyhubb.
