Handling a No-Show Charge

To handle a no-show charge for a service on ReadyHubb, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Bookings.

  2. Find the service with the no-show in your calendar while the service is ongoing.

  3. Click on the service.

  4. Select the "No-Show" option. This action is available to both free users and ReadyHubb Pro subscribers.

  5. If you are a ReadyHubb Pro subscriber, the "No-Show" option will initiate the charge for the client. Be aware that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel a booking with a deposit or for a no-show. Ensure you have the "Apply deposit" feature turned on to charge your customers, which is exclusively available to ReadyHubb Pro subscribers. Clients will lose their deposit when marked as a no-show.

  6. For refunds, you'll need to handle them outside of the app.

⚠️ NOTE: ReadyHubb Pro subscribers have the exclusive ability to charge clients for a no-show and initiate online payments. Clients will lose their deposit when marked as a no-show. Ensure you handle no-show charges with care and ensure that the "Apply deposit" feature is turned on to charge your customers.
