Setting Up Services on ReadyHubb
When it comes to showcasing what you offer to potential clients on ReadyHubb, setting up your services is crucial. Follow this step-by-step guide to navigate the 'Services' section:

Log in to the ReadyHubb platform.
Navigate to Profile.
Click on Business Settings.
From the dropdown or menu, select Services.
Adding a New Service:
There are two methods to begin adding a new service:
Next to each service category, you'll find three dots. Click on them, and from the pop-up menu, select Add Service.
Alternatively, below every category, there's an option labelled + Add a Service. Clicking on this will also initiate the process to add a new service.
A pop-up labelled "Add a New Service" will appear.
Name of Service: Input the name for the service you're offering.
Is it a Mobile Service?: If you offer mobile services (as per your business settings), there will be a checkbox. Mark it if the service you're adding is a mobile one.
Type of Business: Choose which business the service is related to. If you've registered multiple businesses, all will be available for selection here.
Price: Define the price for your service.
Duration: Set the duration of the service. You can select in 15-minute increments, with the minimum duration being 15 minutes.
Extra Time After the Service: Below the duration, there's a checkbox for adding extra time post-service. If you wish to allocate some buffer or rest time after a particular service, check this box and select the desired additional time.
Description: Describe the service to give potential clients a clear idea of what to expect.
Image: To make your service more appealing and to give a visual representation, you can add an image. It's recommended to use high-quality photos to attract customers.
After entering all the relevant details, click Save to finalize your service details.
Editing service categories:
Beside each service category, you'll find three dots (an ellipsis). Click on them to access a menu.
Add Service: Use this option to introduce a new service under that category.
Edit Category: This allows you to change the name of the category and modify the appointment colour.
Delete Category: Selecting this will remove the category. Remember, all services listed under this category will also be deleted.
Always approach these options with care, ensuring your service list remains organized and clear for your clients.
Deleting a Service:
Find the service you wish to remove.
Click on the pen icon (๐๏ธ) to enter the edit mode.
In the top right corner, you'll find an option labelled Delete. Click on it.
Confirm the deletion if prompted. The service will then be removed from your list.
Adding Extra Categories:
Below the "Add a Service" option, you'll find a plus button (+). Click on it to create a new category.
Name of the Category: Input the desired category name in the given field.
Appointment Colour: Choose a distinctive color for this category. Every time a client books an appointment related to this category, the selected color will be displayed on your calendar. This visual cue can help you quickly identify the type of appointment.
Organizing Services & Categories:
To rearrange the order of services or categories, locate the three lines (often referred to as the hamburger icon or drag handle) on the left side of the service or category name.
Click and hold on these lines, then drag the service or category to your desired position. Release to drop it in place.
The order in which you arrange these is how they'll be displayed on your profile. Thus, prioritize the ones you want clients to see first.
