Getting Started
Before you can use Quick Pay, you'll need to verify your identity with Readyhubb. This step ensures a secure and smooth experience for both you and your clients.
How to Take Quick Payments from Clients
Open Quick Pay: Click the Add button on the Readyhubb app and select Quick Pay.
Enter the Payment Amount: Use the on-screen keypad to enter the amount you want to charge your client, then click Continue.
Add Tips and Extras: Select a tip amount based on your client’s preference. You can also add tax, notes related to the payment, and even link it to a specific client for easy tracking.
Choose Payment Method: Proceed to select the payment method. You can choose Tap to Pay for contactless payments or generate a Payment Link to share with your client instantly.
Complete the Transaction: Click Charge to finalize the payment.
Once the payment is completed, an invoice and receipt will be automatically sent to the client via email—no extra steps needed!
Note: Standard payment processing fees apply to all Quick Pay transactions. If you're on the Free plan, Readyhubb's standard payment fees will apply.

How can I track my Quick Pay payments?
All Quick Pay transactions will appear in your transactions list with the “Quick Pay” tag. You can also view Quick Pay payments in the client’s transaction section under their contact details.
Is there a limit to the amount I can enter when using Quick Pay?
Yes, Quick Pay transactions must be between $3 and $3,000.
Can I include tips when taking payments manually with Quick Pay?
Absolutely! You can add a tip directly within the transaction. If you send a payment link, your client will also have the option to include a tip amount.
