In the following brochure, you can find all info pertaining to the use of the Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP) in the Chino Valley Unified School District, such as: the name of the compliance officers, how to file the complaint, and the response you may receive. The UCP should only be used for cases in which a school has failed to follow state and/or federal laws in regards to one of the categories listed in the brochure below.
If you feel as if the UCP pertains to a situation (unlawful discrimination or harassment) that your child has been affected by and have carefully considered to file a complaint, you can use the form below to take to the Superintendent's office of the CVUSD.
