SUMMARY: Adds a section to comprehensive sexual education (CSE) that gives students physical or digital resources on nearby abortion services. Requires schools with students in grades 5-12 to administer the California Healthy Kids Survey, with questions on sexual and reproductive health care given to students in grades 7, 9, and 11.

STATUS: DEAD-Hearing on 7/5/23 in Senate Education Committee canceled at the request of the author.
