The United States is on the brink of eliminating our own decision-making power by signing it over to the World Health Organization (WHO). The decision-making body of the WHO–which includes delegates from 194 member nations–will meet from May 21-30 in Geneva, Switzerland at the Seventy-Sixth World Health Assembly. At this 10-day conference, two issues will be discussed that will remove U.S. sovereignty.

PANDEMIC TREATY

First, all nations will receive a progress report on the draft of the Pandemic Treaty and approve a draft that will be the basis for future negotiations (A76/37, page 4). Delegates from member nations–called the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB)–will meet again in mid-June to consider the draft as a basis for future negotiations (WHO News Release).

As currently drafted, the Pandemic Treaty will:

  • Give the WHO the power to declare and define pandemics

  • Give the WHO the power to direct the international response to a pandemic

  • Allow nations to authorize vaccine passports

  • Require developed nations to provide financial support to developing nations

  • Require nations to establish systems to identify and eliminate “misinformation” about therapeutics, medicines, vaccines, personal protective equipment, syringes, and oxygen that are not authorized by the WHO

  • Enact rules for times during and in-between pandemics

INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (IHR)

Second, member nations will also consider over 300 amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) which will be debated and discussed into 2024 (A76/9, page 8). The IHR is treaty-like set of rules that govern all member nations of the WHO, including the United States. The IHR requires nations to report public health events and creates a framework for international response to public health emergencies. Due to the mishandling of the COVID-19 virus, the WHO now wants to expand the IHR to include more invasive rules and regulations that would govern nations and impact international travel, the treatment of personal data, and much more.

The group working on the amendments to the IHR is called the Working Group on Amendments to the IHR (WGIHR). The WGIHR will meet 3 more times in 2023 to negotiate and decide which amendments to present to the World Health Assembly in May 2024 (WHO News Release).

THE LOOMING THREAT

Both the Pandemic Treaty and the International Health Regulations (IHR) will work together to eliminate our sovereignty as a nation. The WHO has clearly stated that the Pandemic Treaty would be “coherent with, and complement” the International Health Regulations.

We are still in the early stages of the Pandemic Treaty and the amendment process for the International Health Regulations (Pandemic prevention, preparedness and response accord Q&A). However, it is CRUCIAL that the United States discontinues all membership and financial contribution to the WHO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if we want to maintain our sovereignty in times of peace and in times of an international health emergency.

TO DEFEAT THIS AUTHORITARIAN AND GLOBALIST AGENDA 2 ACTIONS ARE REQUIRED
