SUMMARY: Requires teachers to complete training that instructs them on how to identify students whose parents don't affirm their child's LGBTQ+ identity, identify and implement LGBTQ+ inclusive curriculum, and counseling services for LGBTQ+ youth.
STATUS: PASSED in CA Senate and Assembly and SIGNED by the Governor.
