About 6 weeks prior to your plan expiring Real Simple Energy will automatically search for a new plan for you, based on your specific usage profile. The plan we find will be with a new electricity provider and we will handle the switch for you. We will notify you of this switch and if you need to change something you will need to contact us ASAP. But if nothing has changed on your end all you do is relax and know that you will continue to have the cheapest electricity bill possible with our service.
