Please note: Charges are applied at initiation, as costs are incurred before a verification is completed. However, any unused (non-completed) verification can be ‘banked’ and reused for a future client at no additional cost.
Once a verification link has progressed to the stage of data consent acceptance, ID scanning, or real-time photo capture, it is considered a used check, even if incomplete. Only verification links that have been accessed but not progressed can be banked and reused for another client.
Only verifications with a ‘pending’ status are eligible to be banked and resent. To reuse a pending verification, open the check, update it with your new client’s details, save, and resend.
