Realaml supports 2FA using an authenticator app. The most commonly used apps are:
Step 1: Open your Security settings
Log in to your Realaml account
Click your name in the bottom-left corner
Select Profile then scroll to the Security section
You will see two 2FA options:
Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS
Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Authenticator App
Step 2: Enable 2FA via Authenticator App
Find Two-factor authentication (2FA) via Authenticator App
Toggle the switch to turn it on
A setup window will appear.
Step 3: Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
In the Enable Authenticator App window:
Open your authenticator app on your phone
Select Add account or Scan QR code
Scan the QR code displayed on screen
If you cannot scan the QR code, you can manually enter the setup key shown below the QR code.
Step 4: Enter the verification code
Your authenticator app will generate a 6-digit verification code
Enter the code into the Verification Code fields
Click Verify and Enable
Once confirmed, two-factor authentication via authenticator app will be active on your account.
Part 2: Logging in with an authenticator app
Step 1: Log in as normal
Enter your email and password on the Realaml login screen
Step 2: Enter your security verification code
After logging in, you will see the Security Verification screen.
Open your authenticator app on your phone
Find the Realaml account entry
Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app
Click Verify and Login
Once the code is accepted, you will be logged in successfully.
