Connecting with your bank
RealAML has partnered with Akahu to enable you to verify your identity by connecting a New Zealand bank account.
RealAML with Akahu
When you progress through the QuickID + BankMatch verification process, you are redirected to Akahu and are invited to log into your bank account. RealAML never sees your login credentials.
The account holder, address, and (when relevant) bank account name and number is retrieved directly from your bank account. These details are used to verify your name, address, and (when relevant) bank account. Your consent is limited to one-time access for these specific purposes, and can not be reused.
