Within the property view is the ability to "Send messages", which are broadcast messages that can be sent to anyone connected to a property.

This means the available contacts to send to are anyone who has toured the property, completed a qualification form, has registered via open house registrations or completed any of your lead capture forms.

You can select to send either via SMS or email. Emails will only be sent to contacts who have an email address on file (not mandatory) for a contact.

You can edit the draft content and hit send. Where you see the *NAME* tag, this will be replaced with the first name of the contact when they receive the message.
