The Entrata integration for Realync provides a better user experience, improved data integrity, property unit information, and automated activity logging on Entrata guest cards. The integration enables the following:
When your onsite teams are logged into their Realync dashboard via the mobile app or a computer, they will see a red “Add from Entrata Leads” option when scheduling a live video tour or sharing a pre-recorded video with a prospect. This option will allow them to simply select their Entrata leads with one click to proceed, instead of having to manually enter their First Name, Last Name, and Email.
Building, Floor Plan, and Unit information will be pulled into Realync to ensure the most accurate unit list available can be used with your content. Any time a user is creating a unit video, they will be prompted to select the building and unit number. This data is a critical component for some integration partners who utilize unit information to match your Realync Videos to exact units in their platforms.
In Entrata, Realync activities with prospects will be automatically logged on the prospect guest card. This allows for automated, standardized documentation and allows you to pull Entrata reports to measure the ROI of Realync (i.e., did a prospect that went through a Realync experience end up submitting an application / signing a lease). The Realync activities logged on the guest card include:
When a live tour or session is scheduled, updated, and/or completed.
When a pre-recorded video share link is created for a prospect.

Yardi is able to record when videos are viewed whereas Entrata only records when you create a link for a prospect!

1) In your Realync dashboard, go to your videos tab and click on the three dots in the corner of the video you want to share.
2) Click “Create Share Link”.
3) Click the “Entrata List” button in the top right corner of the "Prospect Link" section.
4) Search for the Entrata lead you are looking for.
5) Click "Add".
6) Select “Copy Link” and share your video wherever you like (email, text, portal, etc.)!

1) In your Realync dashboard go to Live Tours/Sessions Tab.
2) Click "Schedule a Tour".
3) Instead of entering your prospect’s email address, click “Invite from Entrata Leads”.
5) Search/select your preferred Entrata contact and then hit “Add.”
6) Finish completing your LT/LS settings and then hit “Schedule.”

Video view activities are not shared with Entrata. The only activities shared to the Entrata guest card are (and are displayed as):
A Live Tour/Live Session is created: "Active - Made an Appointment"
A Live Tour/Live Session is updated: "Rescheduled - Live Video Tour"
A Live Tour/Live Session is deleted: "Cancelled - Live Video Tour"
A Live Tour/Live Session is completed: "Active - Live Video Tour Completed"
A pre-recorded video link is created: "Active lead"
Live Tours/Sessions and Pre-recorded videos are sent to the guest card as the “Virtual Tour” event type.
When the integration is activated, Entrata sends prospects created within the last 90 days of the integration setup to the Realync database. Prospects created prior to this date are not sent to the Realync database due to Entrata API limitations.
Entrata syncs with the Realync database every 24 hours and any new prospects created are pulled into the Realync database (updated status will show in the Activity tab within Realync for the end user).
Realync does not create guest cards in Entrata, we only pull prospects from Entrata.
If Entrata deletes a guest card, we do not delete the contact in Realync.
