Looking to streamline your media library management? Discover how List View can save you time and boost efficiency.

Navigate to the Media Library and move the toggle on the left side of the screen from "Card view" to "List view".

Here is the "List View" below:

List View shows all media including title, last updated date, format, type, status, Review status (if applicable), and Video Quality Score (if applicable).

With "List View" users can now:

  • Sort by column headers by clicking a header (Name, Last update, Format, Type)

  • Apply filters by selecting the "Filter button" in the top right of the screen

    • After clicking "Filters" you can sort your media library by the type of video (unit, amenities, maintenance, etc.), Date range (specify the date on published videos you want to see by either filtering on originally published or most recently updated date), Format (folders or videos), Published Stats (published, drafts, processing).

  • Multi-select to perform bulk actions. Bulk actions available include “Mark Ready to Share” (if applicable), Move, Move to a new folder, Copy, Add to Playlist, Download (if applicable), or Delete.

*Now each row can be clicked on to produce a popup with more details, or hovered over for quick actions like sharing.

For Corporate Users and Managers:

Corporate Users and Managers will now have a single “Media” option on the left-side menu card. The card view will show all properties you oversee, which you can select to navigate into that Property’s media library. The List View will show a list-style of property records you can select. To view your Company-Level Media Library, Corporate/Manager users can select the “View `Company Name` Media.

FAQ:

Can you perform bulk actions in "List View" in the "Corporate User" role?

Corporate Users cannot perform bulk actions while in the Corporate role (this is unavailable); they will need to switch to an Agent role.

Can filters be saved as the default view?

At the moment, filters cannot be saved and re-applied. Users will need to apply their filters with each new session. Playlists and Journeys will not be available for access via List View; users will need to return to Card View. List View is on web-only and not available on the mobile app.
