What's happening during the first week after you ship your item to Rebag — typical transit time, what "Received" status means, and what to do if your tracking looks delayed.

Thank you for accepting your quote and shipping your item to Rebag. Here's what's happening this week.

YOUR ITEM IS IN TRANSIT

After you ship your item using your prepaid FedEx label, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reach our facility. You can track your package in real time on FedEx.com using the tracking number on your shipping label.

WHEN YOUR ITEM ARRIVES

When your package is delivered to us, your Rebag account will update to show "Received" under the Submissions section. This confirms your item has safely arrived and entered our queue for the next step.

IF YOU DROPPED OFF YOUR ITEM IN-STORE

In-store drop-offs follow this same timeline if your item falls into one of these categories:

  • Items valued over $7,000

  • All Fine Jewelry

  • All Watches

These items are shipped from the store to our home office for processing, so your timeline begins from when our home office receives the item — not from the in-store drop-off date.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THIS WEEK

Nothing. Your only job this week is to watch your shipment tracking and your inbox for the "Received" confirmation. After that, our team takes over and begins the white glove inspection process — see our Week 2 guide for what comes next.

FedEx delay or no movement on tracking? Carrier delays do happen, especially around holidays. If your tracking has not updated in 7 business days from your ship date, please reach out to us and we'll look into it together.
