WHAT IS WHITE GLOVE INSPECTION?
White glove inspection is a careful, expert review of every detail of your item. Our specialists look at:
Brand markings, hardware, and stitching
Materials, lining, and finish
Overall condition and any signs of wear
Provenance and any included accessories or documentation
This review is what allows Rebag to guarantee every piece on our site — and it's what your accepted quote is based on.
HOW LONG THIS TAKES
White glove inspection is part of Processing, which is estimated to take approximately two to three weeks after we receive your item. Watches and Fine Jewelry may need a little more time.
During peak periods, such as December and major holidays, timing may run longer. All timeframes are estimates.
Important — watch for a revised offer email. If our inspection finds a condition detail that affects your quote, we'll send you a revised offer by email. These emails sometimes land in your spam or junk folder. Please check there if you haven't heard from us by the end of this week — your item cannot move forward until you accept or decline the revised offer.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO THIS WEEK
Nothing — unless you receive a revised offer email. If you do, accept or decline it as soon as you can so we can keep your item moving through the process.
