Can I return an item in-store?

Rebag retail locations don't accept returns in person. Returns must be requested online within seven days of receiving the item & original tags must still be on the bag. The initial outbound shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. A refund will be issued after the package arrives at our warehouse and is processed. You will see the refund reflected within 10-15 business days from delivery of the return package.

You may request a FedEx return label directly from your rebag account under "purchases." For purchases made in person at our stores, you can request a return label online via chat or email, and our customer service team will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label.

Shipment fees (if any) from Rebag to the customer will not be refunded.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IN-STORE?

It is not possible to return items purchased in-store at Rebag retail locations.

I PURCHASED MY ITEM ONLINE. CAN I RETURN IT AT A LOCAL RETAIL LOCATION?

If you purchased the item online, request a FedEx return label from your Rebag account under "purchases."

I PURCHASED MY ITEM IN-STORE. CAN I RETURN IT AT A RETAIL LOCATION?

If you bought the item in-store, you can request a return label online via chat or email, and the customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label.

HOW DO I SEND MY RETURN BACK TO REBAG?

Once you have received a Fed Ex return label from our tea, please return the item to Rebag using the provided shipping label.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

Refunds for returns will be processed within 10-15 business days from the delivery of the return package after it has been received and processed by our warehouse team.

WILL THE COST OF SHIPPING BE REFUNDED?

The original outbound shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
