What is Rebag’s Return Policy?
Rebag accepts U.S. returns for a full refund if the return is requested online through your Rebag.com account within seven days of in-store purchase or delivery of an online order (as proven by the tracking number). Initial shipping costs (if any) are nonrefundable. However, no return fees apply for Gold and Diamond Rebag Rewards members (a $20 fee per item applies in all other cases).
To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as initially described on the product page, have the original Rebag tags attached, and ship from a US address. Rebag does not accept returns in stores, regardless of whether it was an online or in-store purchase, as all returns have to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
Please follow the steps below to make a return:
Visit the ‘Orders’ section of your account (via desktop or mobile web browser only, not the Rebag app) and click on the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return, then click ‘Return.’
Confirm the return method and address and accept our return policy.
you can download and print a complimentary return label upon completion. You’ll also receive a confirmation email that includes a link to generate the complimentary return label and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Item(s) must be shipped back to Rebag no later than two business days after the complimentary return label was generated (as proven by the tracking number).
Note: The label will self-void after two business days, so it can no longer be used. Return packages shipped after two business days will be rejected and returned to you.
5. After we have received and inspected the item(s) you have returned, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Rebag does not accept any returns in the stores, regardless of whether it was an online or in-store purchase. All returns have to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
Rebag is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returns in transit until they are received and inspected by Rebag (and we confirm the item(s) are accounted for and in original condition).
Rebag cannot accept international returns. If an international package is returned to Rebag, please remember you will be responsible for all the fees.
All Outlet items are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Rebag cancellation and return policies do not apply to Outlet items.

All Outlet items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Rebag’s cancelation and return policies do not apply to Outlet items. Outlet items cannot be submitted via Rebag Infinity.
