HOW DO I JOIN REBAG REWARDS?
Join Rebag’s loyalty program, Rebag Rewards, by having a Rebag account and participating in one transaction — a trade, sale, or purchase — of at least $500. Your membership tier is based on your Rebag transactions over the last 12 months.

HOW AM I ENROLLED IN REBAG REWARDS?

You are automatically enrolled in Rebag Rewards for 12 months as soon as you've traded, sold, or purchased at least $500 in merchandise on Rebag.

HOW DO I GET MY EARLY ACCESS TO THE SALES PERK?

Generally, we will send email notifications about Early Access to sales and promotions with the sales discount code to be applied at checkout. You may not get these notices if you have opted out of marketing emails. You can also find the early access code on the Rebag website in the top banner during sales and promotions. You must be logged into your account to see the early access banner.

HOW DO I ACCESS VIP PREVIEW?

VIP Preview, when available, will appear within the new arrivals collection or in the dedicated VIP Preview collection, accessible via our top navigation bar. Generally, we will send email notifications about VIP Preview at new arrivals. You may not get these notices if you have opted out of marketing emails.

HOW DO I GET TO THE NEXT TIER? DO I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR ON MY CURRENT TIER?

Your tier is based on the total amount of your transactions in the past 12 months. Once you have passed the threshold of any tier, you will automatically be upgraded to the next tier and can enjoy the associated perks. Once upgraded, this new level is valid for 12 months. You may reach a new tier if you complete even more transactions before then!

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY TIER?

Whenever you reach a new tier, it is valid for the next 12 months without restrictions. To maintain your tier, you must complete transactions to the value of your current tier threshold in the following 12 months. For example, if you reach Silver status on March 1st, you must transact at least $2,500 between March 2nd and March 1st of the following year.

HOW LONG IS MY REWARDS TIER VALID FOR?

Whenever you reach a new higher tier, your Rewards Membership is extended for 12 months from that transaction date. During those 12 months, you can enjoy all the perks associated with your tier.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I REACH A NEW TIER?

Once you reach a new tier, we will notify you via email. You can also get information about your Rebag Rewards tier, perks, and points here.
