Clair AI works on desktop and mobile. For the smoothest experience, install the Rebag app on your iOS device. Once you have the app on an IOS device, scan a handbag, and CLAIR AI will display the designer, model, and style along with an offer that Rebag is willing to pay for that item today.
To scan a handbag, hold your phone before the item and take a photo. Clair AI only needs one clear front-facing picture of the bag. Think of it like scanning a QR code or making a mobile banking deposit.
Clair AI will make between one and five predictions, ranked by highest likelihood, and you can select the one that represents the item. Clair AI can recognize about 15,000 bags with over 90% success rate, and it's constantly improving.
Follow the steps below to submit using Clair AI.
Step 1: Download the Rebag App and click "Sell" on the bottom of the screen, or visit us at Rebag.com/sell-now.
Step 2: Click the "Start Selling" button, and use the form to find the item you want to sell. Use the filters to narrow your search, or type your item's brand and model into the search box.
Step 3: Once you find the correct item, select its color, condition, and whether it has additional accessories. If you don't include all accessories, it will affect the condition options available to you.
Step 4: Click "Reveal Instant Offer" to see the offer price! You can accept the offer, or if you have more items to submit, click "Get Another Offer."

Sometimes, an instant Clair offer may not be available for your item. If an instant off isn't available, simply follow the steps below.
Step 1: Select you item type
Step 2: Click Image submission and select the brand of your piece. Then simply navigate through the potential matches using the arrows until you see the option to "Search For It".
Step 3: Follow the prompts to specify the designer and model of your piece.
In the event that no matches are found, select "Can't find my model" and proceed to upload additional images for the team to evaluate.
Once your images are submitted, we will email you with our offer in 3-5 business days.

IN-STORE SUBMISSION
Visit one of our Rebag store locations for the most accurate offer. Our team will seamlessly glide you through the submission process and provide an offer within 2 business days.
Step 1: Please remember to bring your government-issued ID. Our team will help you create a Rebag account using your email, name, and phone.
Step 2: After creating your account, our specialist will carefully inspect your piece to ensure it falls within our guidelines and take photos to send for a quote.
Step 4 The buying team will send you an offer within two business days via email. You can track the progress in your newly-created Rebag account as well!
Step 5 Once you have received and accepted your offer, you can drop your piece off at the store, or we will send you a pre-paid FedEx shipping label to mail your item in.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANNOT PURCHASE MY ITEMS AFTER I DROPPED THEM OFF IN A STORE?
If we are unable to purchase your items, we will notify you by email, and you can pick them up at your earliest convenience. Unclaimed items will be forfeited.
HOW DO I DROP OFF MY ITEM AT YOUR STORE?
After you have received an offer, accepted it, and completed the order checkout process, you can visit the Rebag Bar at the Rebag store location you selected. The vetting and payment process will take approximately 3-5 business days. After the process is finalized, payment will be reflected in your account on the next business day. Please note that all fine jewelry and watches will be sent to our home office for vetting and processing.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN OFFER/QUOTE?
Online through Clair, you can get an instant offer in minutes. If your item is not eligible for an instant offer, you can upload images online and an offer will be provided in 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded) after your submission is received.
You can also sell your item in person at one of our Rebag store locations. Bring your item to one of our stores, and we will provide an offer, complete our vetting process, and issue payment in 3-5 business days.
ARE OFFERS FREE?
Yes! Rebag is a free service, you are welcome to submit as many items as you like.
DO OFFERS EXPIRE?
Yes, as the resale market is constantly fluctuating, our offers expire after two weeks. If you would like to sell your bag to Rebag after this timeframe, please re-submit your piece for another offer.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE OFFER VALUES?
After multiple years of operation, we have accumulated an extensive proprietary database that enables us to provide competitive offers based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: brand, condition size, color, material, resale price, popularity, our own inventory and how well it sells on the resale market.
HOW DO I ACCEPT YOUR OFFER?
You can review your current offers by logging into your Rebag account and going to "View My Offers".
Open any offer you would like to review and click/tap “Accept”. Upon acceptance you will need to provide additional information, including your shipping address and preferred payment method.
DOES THE OFFER EVER CHANGE AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
During the vetting process, if we find anything that differs from the information you submitted or was not disclosed, we may revise your offer. Offer revisions may occur due to changes in condition, size, material, or slight variations in model. With any offer revisions, we will ask for your approval before we proceed with the order.
If you refuse the revised offer, we will return your piece to you at no added cost. To avoid offer revisions, please make sure the information you provide is accurate and that you’ve accounted for any and all signs of wear including any odor present.
DO I HAVE TO SELL MY ITEMS IF I DON'T LIKE MY OFFER?
If you are not satisfied with your offer, or if you decide you no longer wish to sell, there is no obligation to accept our offer.
You may decline your quote through your account.
I UPLOADED IMAGES, WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY OFFER YET?
If you have received an email confirming your submission, but haven't received an offer in 3-5 business days, please contact Rebag Client Services by email at contact@rebag.com and provide your reference number.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, there may have been an error in your submission. To check if your submission has been sent to Rebag, log into your account and go to "Submissions". If you can't find your submission in your account, please double-check that your email address is correct and submit your photos again.

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM TO REBAG?
After you accept our online quote, we offer free options for sending your items to Rebag. You have 14 days to ship your items by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Print the prepaid FedEx shipping label that Rebag will email to you.
Step 2: Pack your item safely in any plain shipping box and attach your prepaid label.

Step 3: Drop off your packaged item at a FedEx Ship Center or schedule a pick up at your home address. Please keep a copy of the drop-off or pick-up receipt. Find your local FedEx Ship Center here.
Please note, we only accept shipments from Fedex-staffed locations (FedEx Ship Centers). We do not accept shipments from FedEx drop boxes, FedEx self-service lockers or FedEx locations at other retailers. or non-FedEx operated and staffed locations.
If you prefer, you can schedule a pickup of your package by calling FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
After you have shipped your package, you can track it live on FedEx.com or via the FedEx app using the tracking number that was listed on your shipping label.
WHAT ADDRESS WILL REBAG USE TO RETURN AN ITEM(S) THAT HAS BEEN REFUSED?
If we need to return any items to you, we will use the shipping address provided at checkout. If you need to update that address, please inform us.
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. WHAT IF I WANT MY ITEM BACK?
Once you have agreed to our offers and we have received your items, we are unable to return your items back to you.
We will only process your order once you have agreed to our offers. For further information please refer to our Terms of Service.
CAN I SELL INTERNATIONALLY?
Rebag only purchases items within the United States of America and require a US address.
