Cancellations
Rebag accepts cancellation requests within one hour of receiving your order confirmation.
To cancel an order entirely, visit the "orders" page on your Rebag Account, and the "Cancel Order" button will appear available if the order is still within the cancellation policy. The option will not be available after the order can no longer be canceled.

HOW LONG AFTER MY PURCHASE DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within one hour of receiving the confirmation email by clicking the "Cancel" button under your account. If you are unable to locate the "Cancel" button, please get in touch with contact@rebag.com.
CAN I CANCEL MULTIPLE ITEMS IN AN ORDER?
If you need to cancel only certain items from your order, please get in touch with our customer service team at contact@rebag.com.
HOW DO I CANCEL A TRADE ORDER?
If you have yet to receive your order and you want to cancel it, it's a simple process. Just follow the regular cancellation steps for a purchase. After the cancellation, your items will be considered standard selling orders. You can choose to sell them or not, depending on your preference. If you decide not to sell them, the order will be marked as inconclusive after two months.
