Introducing Rebag Wallet, a place in your Rebag account that holds all of your Seller Funds, Rebag credit, and rewards points for easy access.

WHAT ARE SELLER FUNDS?

Seller funds are your payout from selling an item to Rebag for a buyout offer. All seller funds are deposited into your Rebag Wallet.

HOW DO I “CASH OUT’ MY SELLER FUNDS?

Simply click "cash out"' in your Wallet. You will be asked to select a payment method - either bank transfer (formally ACH) or check - and will be prompted to enter your bank account information or address.

If you choose bank transfer, you will be asked to select the bank account to which to send the direct deposit. You can choose a different account associated with your account or add a new one by clicking ‘Change.’ If you do not have any bank accounts saved on file to your Rebag account, you must ‘Add a new bank account.’

If you choose check, you will be asked to select the address to which we should mail your check. You can choose a different address associated with your account or add a new address by clicking ‘Change.’ If you do not have any addresses saved on file to your Rebag account, you must ‘Add a new address.’

Once you’ve selected your bank account or address and clicked ‘Continue,’ you'll receive a verification code to complete your cash-out request. The verification code will be sent to your email address associated with your Rebag account. Your cash-out transaction will be processed after you enter the code and confirm the transaction (click the checkbox next to “I confirm…”).

It can take 1-3 business days for your deposit to transfer to your bank account and up to a week if you receive your payment via check. If you're having difficulty cashing out, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@rebag.com with your preferred cash-out method and a description of the issue.

*Note: Bank transfer deposits will reflect within one business day. (Please remember that if your order is paid over the weekend, it will not reflect until the next business day. All Transactions must be done within business hours). Or you can select to transfer your funds via check. A 3rd party mails checks. They will be delivered USPS First Class in 2-7 business days (weekends and holidays do not count as business days).

WHERE IS THE MONEY I TRANSFERRED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT?

Transferring Seller Funds to a bank account is typically completed in 1 business day, but it can take up to 5 days, depending on your bank’s clearing process. So, it still may take your bank 3 to 5 business days from the point we show it as "Cashed Out" for your bank to make the money available in your account.

If the money you withdrew doesn't appear in your bank account within five business days, your bank may have encountered a problem during processing. In most cases, withdrawals fail because the bank account information you’ve entered doesn’t match the information your bank has on file. When we receive notice of a bank transfer failure, we will deposit the cash back into your Rebag Wallet and notify you via email that your bank transfer was not processed successfully.

Check with your bank that all the completed bank details are current. Remove your bank account, then add it again with the correct information. Also, make sure that your bank account allows electronic transfers and that it is in the currency of your country of residence. You can update your bank account and routing information in the payments section of your account.

DO I NEED TO ENROLL IN PREMIUM PAYOUTS?

No! After you sell an item to Rebag, your payout, known as Seller Funds, will be deposited into a section of your online account called Wallet. You will automatically earn your first Premium Payout on the first day of the following month. With Premium Payouts, your Seller Funds will continue to increase by 1% on the first of every month thereafter until you transfer your Funds or you reach 12 months.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CHECK TO BE DELIVERED?

After cashing out your Seller Funds via check, checks take 7-10 business days for delivery by mail. A 3rd party mails checks. They will be delivered by USPS First Class mail in 7-10 business days. So that you know, checks do not have tracking numbers.

WHAT IS THE 10% SPENDING BONUS FROM USING MY SELLER FUNDS AND WHERE DO I SEE IT?

Any time you put the Seller Funds in your Wallet towards a Rebag Purchase, the 10% Spending Bonus will be automatically applied. Your Seller Funds (funds earned from sales plus the 10% Spending Bonus) will automatically appear at checkout.

I WANT TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT, POINTS, AND SELLER FUNDS, HOW CAN I DO SO?

We'll first apply any Rewards Points you've earned, then any Rebag Credit you have, followed by your Seller Funds balance+Spending Bonus. After deducting your Wallet balance from your order subtotal, any remaining subtotal will be charged to your chosen payment method.
