Once your Balance becomes available, it automatically increases by 1% per month for up to 9 months, generating up to a 9% bonus. No enrollment needed. Bonus incentives continue to accrue and remain fully available until your Transfer is executed.
Shop with your Balance
Once deposited, your Balance can be used immediately to purchase items on Rebag online, in the app or in standalone stores.
Transfer your Balance to your bank account whenever you're ready. Balances transferred within 15 calendar days of deposit are subject to a 3% Early Transfer Fee.

WHAT ARE PROCEEDS?
Proceeds are your payout from selling an item to Rebag. All Proceeds are deposited to your Rebag Account Balance.
HOW DO I TRANSFER MY BALANCE?
Go to your Rebag Account and select Transfer. Choose the bank account you'd like to use, or add a new one by selecting "Change" or "Add a new bank account". We'll email you a verification code to complete your request. Enter the code, confirm the transaction, and your Transfer request will be submitted.
HOW LONG DOES A TRANSFER TAKE?
Our business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM ET. Once a Transfer request is accepted, funds are estimated to reach your bank within approximately 5 to 7 business days.
MY TRANSFER WASN'T PROCESSED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Transfers are not instant and can only be operated during business hours. Once a transfer request is accepted, funds are estimated to reach your bank within approximately 5 to 7 business days. Transfer requests are subject to daily processing limits. In the limited circumstances in which your request is not processed, please resubmit the following business day. You can also login on Rebag.com and chat with our customer service team who can provide assistance. Please note that bonus incentives continue to accrue and remain fully available until Transfer is executed.

I WANT TO PAY WITH MY CREDIT, POINTS, AND BALANCE. HOW CAN I DO SO?
We'll first apply any Rewards Points you've earned, then any Rebag Credit you have, followed by your Balance. Any remaining subtotal will be charged to your chosen payment method.
