WHAT HAPPENS IF I UNLOCK A NEW STATUS BEFORE I HAVE USED MY PREVIOUS SPECIAL DAY DISCOUNT?
The special day discount benefit is not cumulative as you progress through Rebag Rewards status tiers. For example, if you are at a tier where you receive a single-use special day discount of 5%, if you progress to a new tier and haven’t used your discount code, that discount code of 5% will expire. You will be issued a different discount code corresponding to your new status tier’s special day discount perk.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN THE PURCHASE WITH WHICH I USED MY SPECIAL DAY DISCOUNT?
We will reissue your special day discount in parallel with your refund or Rebag credit.
