You are automatically enrolled in Rebag Rewards for 12 months as soon as you've traded, sold, or purchased at least $500 in merchandise on Rebag. To remain a member and maintain perks and points active, you must transact at least $500 every 12 months.
Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

HOW LONG DO MY POINTS LAST?
Points expire if you exit the Rewards program. This happens if you do not transact at least $500 within 12 months of your last tier change.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE MY POINTS?
We calculate your points based on the net transaction value on qualifying items rounded to the nearest dollar. The net transaction value is the amount traded, spent, or sold for qualifying items after returns, discounts, and taxes have been deducted. For trade, the transaction value is the sum of the value of the items you're purchasing + the value of the items you're selling. Qualifying items exclude online gift card purchases.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE?
If you return merchandise, we will reduce your points balance accordingly. We will lower your points balance to zero if you need more points in your account. If you used points to purchase an item and decide to return it, your points will be returned to your account.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REBAG REWARDS POINTS IN MY ACCOUNT?
Points earned will generally be added to your account after your purchase. Depending on the transaction type, you may have points pending in your account.
For purchases, points are pending for ten days following the shipping date or transaction date if the item is bought in-store.
For Trade, points are pending until the Trade is finalized, meaning that items traded are received and processed by Rebag.
Points are earned when the payment is triggered for items sold to Rebag and Rebag owns items. Points cannot be redeemed at checkout when they are pending.
