IS IT POSSIBLE TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS AFTER I'VE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once you submit your request, even if it has not yet shipped.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE WITHOUT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION?
Our packages are shipped via FedEx; a signature is required, so someone must be available to sign for your shipment. Some of our partners enter the address for a local FedEx package pickup location as their delivery address so they can collect their packages from a secure locker. You'd need to look up the address for the pickup location that's most convenient for you.
WHAT IF I'D LIKE TO EXTEND MY LOAN?
You have 15 days from receipt of the product to send your items back to us using a prepaid return label. If it won't be possible to meet that deadline, please get in touch with influencers@rebag.com to review your extension request.
